Layers of Color

There is a brand new rubber stamp company that you HAVE to check out. It's called Layers of Color.


They are well made clear stamps and they work great. The above card was made using teh Fleur Heart Clear Stamp Set. I'm really pleased at the great image the stamps produce.

The card was so simple to make. I used a black card on which I placed white cardstock and then aqua paper. I then attached an orange ribbon over the aqua paper. Copper foil tape was place above and below the white cardstock.

I stamped the heart image four times. Two of the hearts were left white and place on the card with foam tape. The third card was colored a sage green and the fourth was colored yellow, green, and aqua. The third and fourth cards were folded in half (Mountain fold). Then, each side was folded (valley fold) so the ends could sit flat against the card (see photo). These hearts were then mounted in the center of the card with foam tape.
